Policy

  • I specialize in artwork and unique designs steering away from simple designs for my creative freedom ♡

    (I do occasionally make exceptions for loyal clients!))

  • A $20 deposit fee is required upon booking. This secures your appointment! The deposit goes towards your total.

    If your deposit isn’t sent in within 12 hrs after booking , your appointment will be cancelled.

    - The Deposit can be sent to my Zelle Email only: lolac0721@outlook.com Enrolled as Lola Coffiel.

  • The remainder of your total must be paid in Cash Only. (ATM in CVS across street) (Please be prepared with cash)

  • Please request upon bringing in any extra guests. No small children/pets not allowed in building.

  • Please come in with bare nails. I do not soak off foreign work. Failing to comply will result in a $20 inconvenience fee.

  • Please reach out and communicate to me if you are running late. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your total.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Your rescheduled appointment is confirmed once a new $20 deposit is sent.

  • If you happen to arrive early, kindly wait to walk in at the time you’re scheduled for.

  • If you must cancel, please do so at least 36hrs ahead of time. In this case, your deposit will be returned to you.

  • The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made after 36hrs.

  • My off days are Friday & Saturday. A $25 squeeze in fee is required to book an off day. Contact me directly to book an off day.

  • I’m completely fine with bringing in snacks as long as they leave little to no residue, no ordering food please.

  • Always feel comfortable to ask for a water, a charger, a bathroom break, Aux..
